Our patisserie is traditionally French and yet everything is made here in England, right on site. The smells protruding from the kitchen is ever present and once you have walked in you cannot avoid buying more than you planned to. There is a window into the kitchen where chefs can be seen baking all our cakes, including éclairs, religieuses, mille-feuilles, lemon tarts, red fruits tarts and chocolate tarts. We also offer a great selection of flavoured and fine mousses, such as the Lingot, which is an apricot mousse accentuated with hints of toasted coconut and almond and topped with glossy apricot glaze.It is hard to resist buying half the shop but why not take away a large tart to share with the rest of the family and bring a bit of France to your home. The pear tart with almond paste or apple with apple puree and sweet pastry or any seasonal fruit tarts as well as our flavoured big cakes are a perfect treat to add to your weekend or to simply get you through the week...
